We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 7-Day Window

After 7 days from the purchase date, sales are final and no refunds will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect abuse of this policy, including but not limited to:

Repeated purchase-then-refund patterns
Evidence of bulk scraping, downloading, or redistribution of content
Violation of our Terms of Service
Chargeback fraud
